Maschio Debora Pro 340/300/260 (8 Disc/ 7 Disc / 6 Disc)

A full line-up of disc and drum mowers, with or without conditioners. The range includes front- and rear-mounted
units as well as trailed machines suitable for a vast array of conditions from permanent pastures and meadowlands
to highly productive ryegrass leys and other heavy forage crops.
Within the range there are machines suitable for small, medium and large farms, for mowing on hills and plains with
roller- or flail-conditioners. A sturdy frame coupled with quick release blades and hard-wearing skids ensure durability
and ease of maintenance

Capable of handling the toughest conditions, drum mowers can ensure a clean cut even on wet, muddy and uneven ground,
where avoiding forage contamination and sward damage is critical. With its simple yet solid construction, the drum is carried
on a fixed spindle with a hefty transmission providing the drive. The lower skid-disc rotates freely, preventing the bladecarrying drum from contacting the soil and enabling the whole unit to faithfully follow surface undulations. Although capable of
high workrates, these drum-mowers are not horsepower-hungry – an 80hp (59 KW) tractor is enough for 2.8m machine.
Maschio Gaspardo drum mowers and mower conditioners are available in the following formats:
Rear-mounted: ideal for small to medium-sized farms (TIZIANA mechanical, hydraulic, H hydraulic).
Front-mounted: best employed singly in hilly areas, vineyards and orchards or in combination with a rear mower for high workrates (TIZIANA F, FH).
Trailed: high-output machines capable of clearing large acreages (TOSCA).

Almost all models in the drum range can be equipped with rubber roller conditioners.
These will press and crush the mowed crop, opening up the waxy outer layer of the plant stem to accelerate the wilting process.
The two spiral rollers are driven by an enclosed, oil-immersed gearset with a spring over-load protection system to prevent damage should
a foreign obstacle make it through to the conditioner.
Available as an optional extra at the time of purchase, the conditioner unit can also be easily retro-fitted.

To minimise transport width and improve stability, when the mower
is folded up it automatically shifts 30cm sideways into line with the
centre of the tractor

Blade condition is critical
in maintaining optimum
machine performance. If the
clearance between the pin and
the blade (value A) is greater than
2mm, it is advisable to replace
the blade retaining pins, nut and
washer

Blade replacement is simple and fast: three turns of the locking
screw makes it possible to lever the discs apart and change the
blades
