Rotovators: 1.0M , 1.6M & 2.1M Rotovator

DESCRIPTION
Rotovators in sizes such as 1.0 m, 1.6 m, and 2.1 m are designed for efficient soil preparation, providing thorough tillage for seedbed creation, weed control, and residue incorporation. The working width determines field coverage, with larger models suited to higher-capacity operations and smaller units ideal for compact tractors and confined areas.
These implements use a series of rotating tines—typically ranging from about 24 to 72 depending on size—mounted on a horizontal shaft. The tines are usually L-shaped or curved to effectively break up, mix, and level the soil. Tine spacing and rotor speed are designed to ensure consistent soil pulverisation and uniform seedbed conditions.
Rotovators are PTO-driven and mounted via a three-point linkage, allowing easy lifting and control during operation. Power requirements generally range from approximately 30 to 70 horsepower, depending on the working width and soil conditions. With a solid build and typical weight between 200 and 800 kg, they provide stability and effective ground engagement. As with most agricultural implements, specifications may vary depending on the manufacturer and configuration.
