The GIANT G254R is a compact 25 hp four-wheel-drive tractor powered by a naturally aspirated three-cylinder, 1,530 cc Stage II engine. It features an 8-forward and 2-reverse transmission, with an 8+8 transmission available as an option, together with power steering and a double-action clutch.

Its hydraulic system delivers a pump flow of 38 litres per minute at 2,400 rpm and a rated lift capacity of 24.2 kN, measured 610 mm behind the suspension point. The tractor is equipped with Category 1 linkage, two rear hydraulic remotes and a mechanical PTO offering 540/540E or 540/1,000 rpm operation.
