I wish there was a Zero star rating, to match the zero service. Very poor service, no customer care, I had to hire an attorney to represent me for a T-rex Purchased from them. They will not honor the warranty, no service manual given to me in the delivery of the T-Rex hr916. The new T-Rex was fitted with a completely incorrect fan which caused the engine to overheat. They give the illusion of wanting to sort out and accommodate you, and you are actually more disillusioned with very poor service. Left a very bad impression. Very helpful and friendly in the beginning, but when a query came they were very quick to become defensive... Ordered a Massey Furgeson 165 stub axle 345mm long, was told all MF165 stub axles are standards, see attached photo, they definitely are not the smaller one was sent by the company after asking specifically for one 345mm long. Also asked for Wheel Nuts to fit the stub axle purchased, attached photo you can see the wheel nut does not even fit...

It was very nicely explained that this order is going to Zimbabwe, when I queried the parts being incorrect, the lady said that we are more than welcome to send back the items for a refund. After explaining to her that we are incurring costs of double the invoice price to get it back to them, it was told to me that it is not their problem...

I will never ever use this company again, very pathetic after delivery service.
